A fine 12/70 G Boxlock Gun from Liège maker Emile Warnant. Made in 1929, it comes with 70 cm barrels, straight stock and full engraving. Condition is nearly perfect, probably I’m the third owner only!
I like the Gun very much, but unfortunately so does my wife…! It fits her perfect and she likes much to shoot with. So I will not change the measures of the stock….
Wolfgang, I congratulate you with this new blog, I am convinced that this gona be a succes. I prepare myself to ad my comments and answer questions as much as I can. This E. Warnant, is a real beauty, sure that many S X S lovers want have that gun ther collection. With time these Liège made guns become more and more difficult to find, so keep an cherish them
I have an Emile warnant 12 gauge sidelock . Is there anywhere to find out info on these guns . Would live to know what it’s worth . Sadly I have had 2 different gunsmiths look at it and had no idea of who Emile Warnant was. They looked at me like I was crazy .
